You agree totally that any action at legislation or in equity arising away from or linked to the Agreement will probably be filed only within the Courts for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and that you hereby consent and submit towards the jurisdiction that is exclusive of courts, positively waive the procedural defence of “forum non-convenien”. No action arising under or associated with the contract can be brought by either party several after the cause of action has occurred year.
